Event details

Cross Lane Projects presents an extensive work-in-progress installation by artist Mark Woods in the main gallery space, while also opening up his studio for visitors. Visit during Kendal’s Lakes Alive festival to meet the artist and experience his latest work.

“Woods’ highly glamorous and ‘transgressive’ objects are beautiful fetishes…While packed with feminist, masculine, sexual and even religious ideas, the attractiveness of their execution and the nobility of the materials immediately capture viewers’ senses” – writer, Mónica Sánchez-Argilés.
